Pick up a good book.

Just as you take your Koi CBD in the evening to relax it wouldn't be a bad idea to ditch the screens. A good way to wind down is to curl up with a good paperback & a great way to help your brain get ready for sleep.

Establish a routine.

Get into the routine of doing things at a certain time daily. This can help you get into the habit of going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time & try and maintain the sleep routine weekly.

10 minutes or less get rid of the mess.

Start the timer - who doesn't love a good time trial. Pick up any clutter, fold throws and blankets & put things back where they belong.

Meditate...breath in....and hold.

Get into a comfortable position. Slowly inhale through your nose for a count of 5 (HOLD). Then slowly exhale out from the mouth for a count of 5 (HOLD).

Do this for 5 minutes.
